Hardware on this beauty is made of solid brass with nickel plating in brilliant silver, and is completely salt water proof!
This collar fits a 13" (33cm) neck on the smallest hole, and 17" (43cm) neck on the largest. This collar fits best on the middle hole to suit a dog with a 15" (38cm) neck. Holes are placed 1" apart.
